ESSENTIAL COACHING
$159.00 every month

The Essential Package includes everything you need to get started on your fitness journey and it's perfect if you need a kickstart. After an initial consultation you'll get a customized training program based on your unique goals and needs. You decide when, where and how many days a week you want to work out and if you want your plan to focus on strength training, running or a combination of both. You get access to an app with video instructions to all the exercises and you don't need any special skills or training experience to get started. I provide coaching and support via email.

PREMIUM COACHING
$189.00 every month

The Premium Package includes everything in Essential. In addition, this package also includes nutrition tips and dietary guidelines. This plan is perfect if you're serious about your overall health and want to know how you can train and fuel to reach your fitness goals. With Premium you get elevated coaching with priority chat support and weekly check-ins to keep you on track and monitor your progress. You also have the option to submit videos to get personal technique tips and feedback.

VIP COACHING
$499.00 every month

The VIP Package is en extensive lifestyle program that can completely transform your life. The package includes everything in Essential and Premium. In addition, you get a customized meal plan with menu options, recipes and guidelines based on your goals. You also get a personal mental training plan with monthly mindset challenges. Last but not least, you will get a customized Whoop-strap including a 12-month membership. This will allow you to monitor your training, overall strain, sleep, recovery etc. Together we can use this data to optimize your health.

Price per month: $499. Minimum 3 months. 

Your Questions, Answered

  • Online personal training involves receiving fitness and health coaching and guidance through digital platforms and communication channels. This format enables you to access personalized workout plans, nutritional guidance, and ongoing support remotely. My clients appreciate the convenience and flexibility that the online format brings. 

    You get a custom workout routine tailored to your goals, fitness level, and available equipment. Your plan includes exercises, videos demonstrating proper techniques, and progress tracking tools. 

    Communication is a key-factor to ensure progress. With online personal training you always get continuous support via email/text and weekly check-ins. This way you can ask questions, seek guidance, and share progress updates between sessions.

  • After choosing your personal training package and signing up, you'll receive an email with all the instructions that you need. You'll be asked to fill out a questionnaire with information about your fitness history, goals, any injuries or limitations, preferred workout styles, available equipment etc. The information you provide will be the foundation for your customized program. This is just a starting point and the plan can always be adjusted and modified to meet your goals and expectations.

    Once the questionnaire is completed, you'll also have the option to schedule an initial consultation. This meeting takes place through a video call. Read more about the initial consultation below. When you're ready to get started, you'll get access to the coaching platform to kick off your training journey

  • After completing the questionnaire, you're ready to get started with the training right away if you want to. You'll also have the option to schedule a video meeting to do an initial consultation. During this meeting we can clarify your goals, review your current fitness level, asses strengths and weaknesses and any limitations. 

    I'll also outline how the coaching process works, what to expect in terms of workout plans, nutrition guidance, communication frequency, and accountability measures. After the initial consultation, you'll get your personalized training plan and access to the coaching platform. 

  • It's totally up to you to decide how long you want to continue training together. However, I always recommend clients to commit to at least 3 months.  Some clients have long-term goals and are still training with me after a few years together. You can cancel the Essential and Premium packages anytime. You can cancel the VIP package anytime after 3 months.
